Ruti is a warm, caring and highly professional person with a great deal of expertise in her field. She is consistently upbeat and cheery, and firm when necessary. She worked with my teenager daughter over 3 years to assist her with organisation, dyslexia and managing emotions. During this time, she was attentive to my daughters’ needs and supported her hugely in overcoming challenges. I also know of other children who Ruti has worked with and the feedback from them and their families is similarly very positive. When Ruti moved, we were very sad to have to find someone to replace her.

Miss Asa helped me when I was suffering a lot with anxiety. There were no taboos in conversation, and so I felt safe and comfortable with her. She kept me stable with my grades at the beginning of year 7 when I had trouble with my organisation. When she moved I was really sad to see her go, but thanks to her I felt confident to carry in my education without so much help.

I had the pleasure of working alongside Ruti for two years at a school. Her incredible expertise in working with young people left a lasting impression.
During our time together, Ruti excelled in various areas:
- Supporting pupils with complex additional needs.
- Crafting tailored programs that always prioritised the individual needs of the students.
- Having a genuine understanding of students' Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) and effectively putting them into practice.
- Making great use of resources to provide essential support to young people.
- Striking the ideal balance between encouraging independence and offering extra support when needed.
- Communicating with and supporting parents/carers, providing them with effective strategies to understand their child's needs and guiding them both at home and in education.
Ruti is dedicated to creating positive impact on all the people she has worked with and this was evident throughout our collaboration.

Miss Asa was my daughter's learning support teacher at the British School of Paris for 4 years. She has been an extremely valuable help to her and created a caring and easy relationship with her. Her approach to learning support was holistic and she was always entirely aware of how my daughter was coping with her education, her organisational skills and her social relationships.
Miss Asa was always patient, caring, and professional. She created a relationship that was friendly which made my daughter feel she could always speak to her about anything that was bothering her. A key element was the way in which Miss Asa offered my daughter various learning styles and she fully understood her learning strengths and weaknesses and adapted to work with them.
As parents, Miss Asa support was invaluable. We knew that Miss Asa was a "safe place" for our daughter; someone who understood her, cared profoundly that she meet her learning potential and who was always extremely patient. I feel that my daughter's progress at school was largely due to Miss Asa's unwavering support and her willingness to adapt and listen to my daughter's needs. Frankly, she is fabulous!
